My husband & I just celebrated my birthday at Bistro Bethem tonight & it was one of the best meals we have eaten in a very long time. The complimentary champagne to begin the night was a delightful touch! Thanks for cooking an amazing meal for us!

A friend introduced me to Bistro Betham for my birthday a few weeks ago. My only disappointment was that I hadn't found this place sooner! You are my new favorite restaurant and I am telling ALL my friends! So impressed with both food and service!

Tom and I stopped in to have a few glasses of wine for the evening of my birthday. I loved the ambience and the service was magnificent. Bistro Bethem is special to us because he proposed to me that night. We plan to visit soon!

We had dinner at BB last evening after doing some Christmas shopping. This is our second visit. We visited New York last weekend, and even in the trendy restaurants there, we did not see your level of service, presentation, and atmosphere.

The Bistro can hold its own with any fancy restaurant in the DC area. The food is creative and delicious, the atmosphere classy and hip, yet very comfortable, the staff delightful. We live in DC, but this is our "special occasion" spot.

There is no other restaurant in this region that combines the quality of service, atmosphere, and menu the way The Bistro does. Thank you all for making every experience wonderful and memorable. I anxiously await my next Bistro Bethem experience.

What a great atmosphere. We are new to the area and it was such a great treat that we do not have to drive to DC to have such an upscale but relaxed dining experience. We feel more at ease in our new city with dinner at your restaurant. Thank you.
